The DMV requires your student driver to be enrolled in a Licensed Driving School before they can take their written test. You are required to have with you a certificate showing that your student is, in fact enrolled. This certificate is a DMV Form "OL392", and many driving schools charge between $20.00-$50.00 to obtain one of these.
